border="0" /></a><br />2009/04/18<br />我們的外匯精英課程已經結束約一個月了,期間大家反覆練習也培養出了些許同學之誼,沒想到美女班長突然提說要請大家到他們餐廳用餐。這真是天上掉下來的禮物呀!<br />而且,是要用正統台塑牛小排來招待大家喔!當然不吃牛的也有豬排或魚排可選,甚至吃素的同學也可以安排素餐,真是貼心善良又美麗呀!<br /><span id="fullpost"><br />這天大家都盛裝出席,到達的時候桌面已經都準備好了,還開了幾支我忘了拍照的MERLOT來佐餐(可能是澳州的吧,沒很注意看),印象中好像喵到1993年份,是不是佳釀也不是挺重要,但是很順口倒是真的,只是因為有開車不能多飲 ^^"<br /><br />大部分人都點招牌的台塑牛小排,應是想要比較看看剛坊間的X品台塑牛小排的差異性。<br />席間也有提供剝皮辣椒,沒想到此款牛排搭配剝皮辣椒還真的很搭配呢!<br />(也許採用SYRAH為主品種的紅酒會更搭吧~我個人猜測)<br /><br />牛肉吃起來外酥脆,內部柔嫩多汁,真的有把牛肉的油脂經過高溫燒烤的美妙滋味呈現出來,搭配牛肉SOURCE或者特製的WASABI SOURCE都很棒,口味上變化多樣。由於這次使用的是不帶骨的美國牛,肉質的纖維較粗但是卻不會有柴化的口感,想必是烘烤的火侯掌握的不錯。<br />※建議先不沾醬,吃過原味之後,再來決定要沾用哪種醬汁,其實我個人仍偏好原味加點好的鹽的味道。<br /><br />美女班長也切了些豬肋排給我嘗試,這個豬肋排的滋味,真的不輸牛小排,調味上辛香料的比重剛好,滋味濃郁卻不刺激,肉質也很棒,據說一隻豬只能做出兩客喔!<br /><a />1.MENU上的西點跟實際上的不符,所以服務生寫了張字條,必須從字條上點餐。(這雖然是小問題,但從這上面看的出對工作態度的一般)<br /><br />2.我老婆點的是午餐,配套的湯品要選一種,問了服務生有什麼選擇,說有紅蘿蔔濃湯跟XX湯,我老婆選紅蘿蔔濃湯,結果上來的是巧達湯???(上湯的時候才說,今天沒有紅蘿蔔濃湯,只供應巧達湯,那剛剛的服務生是怎樣,耍人嗎???而且也不先問,就直接上,配套的可以選湯品或者沙拉,也許我們想換沙拉呀!)<br /><br />3.中間服務生還一直過來道歉,說今天比較忙不過來???以至於有些餐點比較慢上(整個餐廳也才"3"桌客人,整場總共至少十五桌的餐廳耶!)<br /><br />4.後來我跟乾媽的點心才上,上來的也是跟原本設定的東西不同,本來應該有三明治跟手工餅乾,結果上了個培根捲+餐包切對半塗上蕃茄醬鋪上甜椒洋蔥絲灑上披薩絲烤出來的"類披薩",看了一整個傻眼,相當的粗糙!我乾媽根本就完全不想動它!<br border="0" /></a><br />首先上來的是切成條狀的義式比薩薄餅,口感不錯,上面有香蔥跟鹽的調味,這種單純的口感很合我口味,所以我都只吃原味,喜歡重口味的也可以加紅酒醋或橄欖油或是沾些之後上來的濃湯食用。<br />但是後面還有東西要吃,所以不能一下吃太多薄餅 ^^"。<br />薄餅的左方,有一個高腳杯,裡面放了一些炸的很香脆的麵條,香脆口感加上一點點薄鹽,聊天當零嘴,或者配紅酒也不錯。<br />接著是開胃菜,上層是番茄莎莎醬下層是法國麵包(?),其實口感又不是很法國麵包,這我不太知道,但是吃起來很清爽,酸甜滋味能促進食慾,不錯吃。<br /><br /><a border="0" /></a><br />接著上來的是TERESA點的主菜,上面那片應是火腿,下面的是一片小牛肉,醬汁是迷迭香的味道,嚐起來的口味應該還有乳酪跟特殊的香料,口感不錯,配上調味過的馬鈴薯泥,還不錯吃。<br /><br /><br />我的主菜則是磨菇燉飯,自從上次去竹南找客戶吃了一次便宜又好吃的燉飯之後,我就對燉飯有興趣了,這裡的燉飯跟我去竹南歐風小館吃的口感有很大不同,那時候吃的米粒比較Q感,可能是米飯的不同,或者做法不同,一樣都是讓米飯把高湯吸收進去,但是要怎樣才能把大量湯汁保存在米飯內,這可能還得好好研究。<br />這裡的是可以吃出米飯內的澱粉口感,加上磨菇跟火腿,配色跟配料的量都很適當,這份我也是吃光光。 />另外,有點看人給菜的感覺,去兩次有點落差,第一次覺得還不錯,所以帶朋友去,第二次吃完就完全不想再帶人去了。<br />干貝的鮮度不錯,也許台北市能吃到這樣的鮮度算比較少見,希望能維持下去,海鮮每盤給10隻草蝦是怎樣,感覺有點濫竽充數的作法,尤其我不吃蝦,對我來說也很虧,明蝦只給一隻,沙拉只給一盤,這種給法,我覺得都有缺陷,應該是可以改進的。<br />牛肉盤只有約8~10片,其實也幾乎只是嚐嚐味道而已,西門町的鋤燒(壽喜燒)牛肉等級與此類似,但是肉品無限供應,每人頭才NTD$400有找,愛吃肉的話,我想我會去那兒吃。<br /><br /><span id="fullpost"><br />十七世紀時的Segur侯爵(marquis de Ségur)Nicolas-Alexandre,有葡萄酒王子的稱號,因為婚姻的關係,擁有了這家酒莊。※這裡的地名Calon是指中古世紀的時候,用來載送木材的小帆船。他當時擁有拉費堡(Ch. Lafite)和拉圖堡(Ch. Latour)這兩個後來的一級酒莊,以及本來是二級酒莊後來提升為一級的木桐堡,所以他等於是有了五大酒莊的其中三個!雖然那三個酒莊的名聲遠遠的超過了Ch.
